The owner and director, Robert Venuti, is blessed with 30 years of experience in management and culinary arts. Most of his training is derived from the recipes and traditions of his ancestors. Generations of “Old School” techniques have been combined with innovative techniques of today to create a unique blend of exquisite cuisine.
